At Wild Nectar, we produce 100% Australian, cold extracted raw honey. All our honey is unpasteurised and unfiltered, and carefully harvested by our beekeepers from our hives – so we know where each drop of our precious, golden honey has come from.
From Our Beehives to You
Wild Nectar is a serenade from our bees and master apiarists who tend them. Our bees are cared for year-round by our team of beekeepers, who place the hives where the native Australian flora is blooming and pollination is at its peak throughout the seasons. As raw as it gets, our cold extracted honey remains unpasteurized after extraction from our hives to faithfully retain its natural flavour and nutritional benefits. This 100% Australian, golden honey is simply strained before it is bottled.
Organic Certified Raw Honey
Certified by Organic Food Chain (OFC) and Australian Certified Organic (ACO), all of our Organic honey is gathered from the vast bushland sites we have exclusive access to in pristine National Parks, and coastal sanctuaries throughout the eastern states of Australia. We focus on the blooming seasons of the native flora to place our bees carefully where they will gather the finest, organic nectar from the forest flowers to produce our Organic, raw honey. All our pure honey is cold extracted from the hive to remain in its raw, natural state.
Australian Organic Honey - A Bushland Picnic
Our bees enjoy foraging in the beautiful native forests of the Australian East Coast where they feast on Ironbark, Mallee, Peppermint, Banksia and other native flora at a bush picnic of flowing nectar to create our Certified Organic Honey.
This unique, local honey is only made from Australian natives and has the distinct flavours only found in Australian honey and pure, raw honey.

We are passionate about our bees, and our master apiarists care for them and the pure honey they produce by keeping it as close to its natural state as possible between hive and honey jar.
